About Advanced Pain & Spine Center

Instead of adjusting only where it hurts, at Advanced Pain & Spine Center, we address the root cause of your pain. We aim to uncover why you’re hurting in the first place. Dr. David Sikanowicz applies an engineering-style perspective to your body, looking at how joints move, how muscles coordinate, and where true mechanical breakdowns occur.

We focus on lasting results, then help you maintain them independently.

A Whole-Body Approach to Pain Relief

We go beyond spine care. From shoulders and elbows to hips, knees, ankles, and TMJ, we address the whole body. Many patients with neck pain also have underlying shoulder problems. Once shoulder movement improves, neck pain often disappears.

We look at posture, muscle balance, and how everything connects. Detailed exams and X-rays help us understand your body’s mechanics, so your care plan truly fits you.

Built on Referrals and Real Results

Our practice has been part of Woodstock for over 25 years, growing with the community by fixing problems rather than offering temporary relief. Many patients, including those from Town Lake, Marietta and Kennesaw, come to us after trying other providers, sometimes as a last resort. By identifying the actual cause, we often help people avoid surgery.

What Makes Us Different

We blend Active Release Techniques with precise, gentle chiropractic adjustments to break up muscle adhesions, so adjustments last. Other services, such as shockwave therapy, PEMF, spinal decompression, and custom Sole Supports orthotics, are included as needed; not sold separately as add-ons.

Your Path to Feeling and Functioning Better

When you visit us, you’ll meet caring professionals who listen and create a welcoming experience.
